Audiograbber

Audiograbber grabs digital audio from cd's. It copies the audio digitally -- not through the soundcard -- which enables you to make perfect copies of the originals. It can even perform a test to see that the copies really are perfect.
Audiograbber can also automatically normalize the music, delete silence from the start and/or end of tracks, and send them to a variety or external MP3 encoders, such as Fraunhofers L3enc, or even use some MP3/WMA encoders internally for automatic creation of MP3's.
Audiograbber can download and upload disc info from freedb, an Internet compact disc database. You can even record your vinyl LP's or cassette tapes with Audiograbber and make wav's or MP3's of them. There are a lot more functions in Audiograbber, but to put it simply: Audiograbber has the most features one can wish from such a program.

BitTorrent

BitTorrent is a lightweight and powerful very tiny Bittorent client by over 100 million of users and many advanced features: Micro-Sized Yet Feature Filled, Resource-Friendly, Skinnable and Localized. µTorrent is a natural evolution of the classic “tiny-but-mighty” vision. While the interface has been polished and the overall size remains smaller than your average Facebook pic, µTorrent is now packed with some insanely powerful new features.

Features that make µTorrent so popular:

Tiny
µTorrent is less than 800 KB (smaller than a digital photo!). It installs ultra-fast with a light footprint on your computer, and runs super-efficiently.

Easy
Simple and straightforward – that's µTorrent. With its purpose-built interface, downloading torrents is a snap.

Accessible
Access µTorrent from anywhere with µTorrent Remote. Easily access your home clients securely (using ultra-private authentication and key-exchange).

Innovative
Since µTorrent is offered by the team who invented the BitTorrent open source protocol, you know you will always have access to the latest and greatest technologies.

Fast
Expertly designed for fast downloads. Avoids hogging valuable system resources, runs quietly in the background, and doesn't interfere with your work, play etc.

Cutting Edge
Incorporating groundbreaking µTP technology, µTorrent maximizes bandwidth and reduces congestion - so you have the smoothest, quickest downloads possible and don't make your internet connection slow to a crawl.

Intelligent
µTorrent is instinctively smart. It auto-adjusts bandwidth usage based upon your network and the Internet. Use Skype, play games, stream video etc., all without interference.

Plug-n-Play
µTorrent is a snap to install on your home network. In most cases, it's plug-n-play. It also uses UPnP and NAT-PMP technologies to prepare your router for torrent access.

Note: Users are advised to pay attention while installing this ad-supported application.

Apple Working on Wireless, Solar Charging for iWatch

Apple is reportedly working on a battery for its not-yet-announced iWatch that could be charged both wirelessly and from the sun.
According to a New York Times report, the company is looking to build a smarter battery for its long-rumored smartwatch. The report notes that Apple engineers have experimented with — and are still testing — solar charging for the iPod andiPhone, to

Apple is eyeing a wireless battery with magnetic induction for the iWatch that wouldn't need to be plugged in, the report stated. Induction charging would allow the device to be charged via a base with electromagnetic fields that would create voltage to fuel the iWatch. This technology is already found in some devices, including Nokia's smartphones. However, the report stated the experiment is still a few years away from launch.
Apple is also reportedly considering a charging concept that would include a solar layer added to the iWatch's curved screen that could give the device power from the sun.
Last week, a report surfaced that Apple's upcoming iOS 8 software will be largely fitness and health-focused and will launch later this year. The news suggests the long-rumored iWatch, which would likely integrate with fitness apps, is nearing a debut, too.

Process Explorer 16.0

Process Explorer is a very powerful alternative to the standard Widnows Task Manager. The program examines all the active processes, their sub-processes and all the handles and dlls that they use. This can be extremely handy when tracking down DLL-version problems or handle leaks.

The Process Explorer is divided into two main panes – the top one shows all the running processes, and the bottom one (depending on the chosen mode) shows either the handles or the dlls that they use.
